The Coca-Cola Company and World Wildlife Fund Partner to Protect the Polar Bear’s Home
Americans Invited to Text a $1 Donation and Join the Cause Beginning November 1, white will be the new red. Coca-Cola and World Wildlife Fund (WWF) are joining forces in a bold new campaign to help protect the polar bear’s Arctic home. For the first time ever, Coca-Cola is turning its iconic red cans white in celebration of the polar bear and committing up to $3 million to WWF’s polar bear conservation efforts. The elegant event was held at Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s headquarters. 100 is a coalition of some of Atlanta’s most influential men organized to empower Atlanta’s challenged communities. Together they channel educational and economic resources toward these communities’ students and future leaders. Johnnie Gabriel and friends will put “the finishing touch” on the one-of-a-kind Art & Design Show House with a champagne toast and cooking demo on Sunday, May 22, benefitting the Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art. A limited number of guests will enjoy complimentary beverages, food sampling, a culinary demonstration by Gabriel, and the final tour of the Art & Design Show House and Lawrence House Art & Jewelry Gallery. Art museum board member Kelley Weiner chaired the Johnnie Gabriel culinary event and the two long-time friends were thrilled to work together again.
